Exploration of a restaurant that refused to be interviewed
The name of the restaurant is "Torishige," but I think there was almost no chicken used in the course... Almost all roast pork?
Beef bowl with dark seasoned meat and truffle on top.
Onigiri (rice ball) with plenty of caviar on top
Chateaubriand
Sirloin rice bowl
Cured meat, sea urchin, caviar on seaweed, etc.
The restaurant is like a popular izakaya, but the food is of kappo-grade quality, and the salt ice cream and macaroons for dessert are also delicious!
I have used your service several times.
The performance of the course from start to finish is
I have been to your restaurant several times. I invited someone who had never been here before
He was also very impressed. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I was not a fan of yakiton (grilled pork and offal) because of the image I had of them, but thanks to Torishige, I have come to like yakiton.
I will use this restaurant again.
I can't stop eating even when I'm full of food.
After eating a variety of delicious food at Yume Sake Honten and drinking a lot of sake, including otters, I wanted to go to Torishige for more sake.
I thought the restaurant would be empty since it was already past 10:30 p.m. on a weekday, but I called to make a reservation just in case, and they said they could almost secure a table for two!
I'm lucky as ever.
I was already full, so I ordered the top 5 courses for 2,600 yen and enjoyed them with a bottle of "Kyusen" beer.
The liver was lightly seared on the surface, but the inside was almost raw and tasted sweet and delicious (^q^)
Next came the tsukune (tsukemono) and stuffed bell peppers!
Tsukune - Chewy and perfectly grilled, it's a great snack with beer!
Stuffed green pepper - Even those who don't like green peppers can enjoy this dish without feeling the bitterness or habit of green peppers.
This was supposed to be a light beer, but it turned out to be the second bottle!
And the Shiro!
It is soft and melts in your mouth with just the right amount of salt.
The last one was grilled negitoro!
Negitoro is grilled with a hint of onion in a gentle way like the last one. The flavor of wagyu beef and yam. The taste of wagyu beef and egg yolk matched well, and it was a taste that made me feel at home.
I was full, but it was gone in an instant.
I think it is a very good restaurant if you can enjoy so much for such a reasonable price, so I would like to have a 5,000 yen omakase course plus sake for my first visit!
Thanks for the food!

Inside view
Yesterday for dinner we went to Torishige in Shinjuku 🐔.
It is a famous restaurant with a silver rating on the food log 🏆.
We ordered the omakase course (8,500 yen) ☺️ The "Pork Sukiyaki Style" had a nice flavor of sansho (Japanese pepper) and when you squeeze sudachi (citrus juice) on it, it gives it an indescribably cool and refreshing feeling that is extremely delicious. It is a taste for adults 😘 "Chateaubriand" is tender, nettlesome, and ooey gooey 😌You can even cut it with chopsticks. 🙆♀️ "Sirloin bowl" is exquisitely cooked👍.
The beef is also delicious! Beef and chicken Yukke" is fresh and crispy! The "Beef and Chicken Yukke" is fresh, crispy, and has no smell at all! The "Stuffed Bell Peppers" originated in Torimo. Jucy and delicious 🤤 Stuffed green pepper is the No.1 in the history of stuffed green pepper 💚.
Of course, the skewers are also available at ‼︎ Among them, the "liver", which is also Torishige's top recommendation, was outstandingly delicious! 😚 I have never had such a delicious liver! 😭 The portions are so substantial and everything is delicious💕But the amount of each item is not that much so even a woman can eat all of it 😉.
I want to come back tomorrow 😆.

A famous yakitori ton restaurant. Shinjuku Torishige. The liver is almost raw. It's the rarest of rare. But the best here for me is the top shiro. It's so soft and fluffy in your mouth. You don't even have to chew it, it's so luxurious. The other skewers are also delicious and satisfying.
It is rumored to be hard to get a reservation, but even a week in advance was OK.

. But I want to go there at least once.

It is not a difficult restaurant to reserve, and if you reserve well in advance, you can get a reservation, but due to a problem with the handiness of the restaurant, it takes about 30 minutes to be seated even if you make a reservation at 7:00 p.m.
There are several courses available, but a course with zosui (rice porridge) in the 6,000 yen range with drinks costing a little less than 8,000 yen per person.
The restaurant is a bit slow, and some dishes are served in a different order, but it is a good value for money restaurant.
The price is higher than in the food logs, but I think you should forgive them.
