A Japanese feast 🥩 every December, Nissan. Sukiyaki in my family is the Nissan way. I always request red meat. The meat is melt-in-your-mouth. The warishita is not too sweet and not too spicy. I really love it. I could eat it forever. They serve it beautifully ✨All the rooms are private so you can talk and eat without hesitation. It's so relaxing, like being at home. The attention to detail is top notch. They are so considerate that they scratch your itch before you even know you have one. Congratulations on winning another Michelin award this year😊I will go back #tokyogourmet
The food was served at a good tempo and was comfortable. The counter seats are a bit small, but just barely acceptable. Considering the location, the sake prices are reasonable. The sea urchin hand rolls are a nice entertainment.
Opened on the third floor of COREDO Muromachi 1 on March 31.
●Sukiyaki nabe set meal (1,200 yen)
In a lovely red pot, you will find not only plenty of meat, but also Chinese cabbage, green onions, tofu, and shirataki, all in orthodox style.
The soup stock is a good way to bring out the full flavor of the meat and vegetables, and the rice goes well with it.
Wagyu Beef Sashimi 3 Kinds
Top Kalbi, Hatsu (heart), and Sirloin with a little sweet soy sauce.
Rice, salad, and soup were free refills this time as well.
There are counter seats and a private room, so the restaurant can be used for a wide range of occasions, from daily use to business entertainment.
Thank you for the meal.
