Rokurinsha, a hole in the wall
I was a little disappointed with both the Solamachi store and the store on Tokyo Ramen Street, and if the result here was also disappointing, I decided to visit Rokurinsha only for frozen souvenirs from now on.
As it turned out, Rokurinsha in Osaki was indeed the best.
It was the best tsukemen I have ever had at Rokurinsha!
The Osaki main restaurant was closed and reopened at its current location in April of this year. I went there around 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, and there were only two customers in front of me. By the time we finished eating, the restaurant was fully booked.
Tsukemen - Large portion (850 yen + 100 yen)
I don't need to tell you about the noodles and soup. I think the amount of chopped green onions has increased dramatically from before, but other than that, it is the same as the Osaki main store. It is that flavor that has made me bounce in line far more times than the number of times I have eaten it.
It is about a 5-minute walk from Osaki Station, next to (next to) Think Park Tower? The entrance is against the railroad tracks, so it may be a little difficult to find.
It will be quite crowded on weekends and holidays, but on weekdays it may be a good place to go!
I've recently become addicted to chilled salted chicken wan-tan noodles 😋 The wontons are delicious and the slightly hard-boiled thin noodles are the best way to finish off a meal after a few drinks!
