It's been a while since I've been there, but the appetizers are beautiful and delicious, the fruit iced tea is refreshing, and the main course of floating islands is a visual like pasta & montplant. We enjoyed the full course of sweets. Last time? The last time? I was thrilled to have met Mr. Arumozuka at the last time, so I came back and will repeat the experience.
I think I have found the best croissant ever!
Tokyo Review⑬
I held out for two pieces of bread at Pointe et Ligne because...
Yes! Because I wanted to come here.
When it opened, I saw on TV that there was a huge line!
I've always wanted to try their croissants!
This time, I bought two kinds of croissants and a financier!
Croissant 50% Boulle salt-free 399 yen
That's right, one of these is priced at this price! You must be amazed at the price of one of these!
But they are really delicious!
The outside is not crispy, but crispy.
And the inside is moist!
The moment you eat it, you can smell the buttery aroma and it's as if you are eating butter!
Croissant 50% Boulle salted 399 yen
The texture is the same as the former.
The buttery aroma of this croissant is delicious, too.
This one has salt in it!
I thought it was just salt, but it is so delicious!
It's a little salty, but the taste is addictive!
Croissants with good butter are indeed delicious!
Dominique Sablon Marché et Café is also very expensive.
But I guess the price goes up when you use good butter...
Financier 315 yen
This is really good, but you should leave it for a few days to enjoy.
It was my fault for eating it right away...it was so normal...
This butter cake is sold out in 30 minutes after opening.
I wonder if I can buy it next time...?
I had the croissant in the Shinkansen train!
I knew I had to eat them on the same day, because croissants are no good!
The taste and price were top quality!

This is truly a gentleman's first class
brandy cake.
With this one word, I would never buy it
But when I hear that it is Gendy's brandy cake, I might buy it with high expectations. I think so!
Why? Why do I think so much of Jendy?
The Jendy brand started in Aoyama, where they specialize in caramel bars, and they are so good. This time, they specialize in brandy cakes, which are very expensive, but they are the best and most powerful souvenirs.
I had a chance to taste their brandy cake, and the marriage of caramel and brandy with a bitter finish was so delicious that even an alcoholic like me could enjoy it. All of the brandy cakes I've had so far have been bad, but this is my first time trying it.
The staff told me that they use a unique blend of Remy Martin cognac and Ducastan Armagnac, and the different personalities of the two brandies really match each other, giving the flavor and aroma a lot of depth and breadth.
The dough is baked slowly at a low temperature and filled with the blended brandy, giving it a very good sweetness and bitterness.
What surprised me was how well it paired with the coffee that was served. I am a coffee lover, and this black coffee went very well with it. If you ask them, they say it is made with coffee marriage in mind!
Of course, it is perfect as a stand-alone item, but I highly recommend you to enjoy it with coffee!
Limited to 50 pieces per day, reservations are accepted. Each piece is numbered on the spot, making it a luxury item in itself.
This is the most powerful gift item of 2019!
Herbs' cakes are characterized by their commitment to freshness, which means they are not frozen, their size (No. 8 (24 cm)), and the fact that they fully utilize the deliciousness of the ingredients as they are. The "Cake of the Month" menu, which uses an abundance of seasonal fruits, can be enjoyed with a menu that changes with the seasons, and the freshness of the fruits is preserved by cutting the cakes after they are ordered. The COREDO Nihonbashi store will open in March 2021. The store will open in March 2021, and is ideal for meeting up with friends or for a moment of relaxation between shopping trips.
