One of the top five ramen I've ever had!
No doubt about the rating of TABEROGU!
My friend took me to this restaurant.
This restaurant is on the second floor of a building, which is unusual for a ramen restaurant, but there is a line up to the first floor.
It just so happened that the line was short today and we were able to get in with almost no waiting time!
Wonderfully tasty tio-flavored soup with no cloying taste or odor!
The condiments include myoga, green perilla, white onion, chili pepper, ginger and many other flavorful things!
The tsumire is a plump prawn and chicken tsukune with crunchy cartilage! Too good!
Finally, the rice balls are added to the soup, which is a bit hard, so you have to carefully loosen and loosen them...
Thin noodles with firmness
Delicious! I'm satisfied! It's refreshing, so you can enjoy it even if you're full!
Noodles with a sense of commitment
Is it possible at first glance? Can I eat it?
I wondered if I could eat it. After taking a bite, I found myself impressed.
Ramen and tsukemen have various tastes and ways of eating.
However, the tsukemen here had both impact and great taste!
Bread and dipping sauce? I thought it would be impossible for them to go together, but they totally betrayed my expectations.
There have been ramen noodles with a greater impact than this, but this is probably the first time I have found it to be delicious.
Ramen that has both impact and taste. That is Shinjuku Gonokami. I heard that there are other restaurants in the area, so I would definitely like to visit them!
On a side note, the staff are stylish and seem to enjoy their work, which I personally like.
Good thick soup!
This ramen and tsukemen restaurant opened around last fall and has quickly gained popularity.
I have been coming here since its opening, and I really recommend the tsukemen☆.
The soup is a bit rich, but it is not too rich.
It is a bit rich, but the fish and sea soup is not too sticky, so it seems to be popular among women as well.
The tsukemen (dipping noodles), in particular, is a perfect harmony of noodles and thick soup.
The noodles are firm and not too thin or too thick, so they go down smoothly!
What's more, it is not only the taste that makes this place special, but also the staff.
The manager, of course, and the waitstaff are very GOOD!
When the restaurant first opened, they would explain about the soup and talk about many other things.
Nowadays it is very popular and there are many people, so it is rare to talk with them slowly, but even if it is crowded, they are considerate to those who are waiting and give advice on how to eat.
I think that in a restaurant, not only the taste but also the customer service is the most important thing.
The more popular a restaurant becomes, the worse the attitude of the waiters becomes, but that is really not the case here.
This is truly the most recommended ramen and tsukemen restaurant!
