This sake was unbelievably easy to drink! I only want to drink this one more! I liked it so much that I want to drink nothing else but this! It was really delicious! It was so sweet! Akita Prefecture is amazing. That's what rice and beauty are all about. It was very interesting that the owner explained about this sake before drinking it. That was super fun. I also enjoyed the sake cups. The okara (bean curd) served as an accompaniment is genius. I hope to win the whimsical potato salad someday. The garlic miso with the horse sashimi was too good 🐴and I ate it with sesame soup again......... too good to be true......... #So_1F376
