The main vegetables are from the super natural farming couple, Mr. and Mrs. Nishio, in Sagae, Yamagata. In addition, seasonal vegetables from Miyagi, traditional vegetables from Yamagata, and Italian vegetables from Kaho Kitakita are also included. You should be able to feel the deep flavor that reflects the power of the land and the love of the producers towards their crops.
