The main ingredients are from Ise-Shima, and the "wine makes you want to drink wine! We are offering our popular dinner course for lunch as well! This is a special lunch course with 1Drink. We accept a minimum of 2 persons.
Pasta served with a sauce based on tomatoes, enhanced with anchovies, capers, and olives, and enriched with homemade red wine.
A simple aglio e olio made with homemade pancetta from Tamaki pork, roasted until fragrant and crispy, and combined with plenty of parsley.
A rich carbonara made only with Tamaki organic eggs and pecorino cheese. Served with homemade pancetta that locks in the umami flavor.
A sauce made by dissolving a paste made with olive oil and lemons from Mie Prefecture. A refreshing and aromatic lemon-flavored peperoncino.

Abalone gently cooked in vegetable bouillon and fish sauce, with the cooking liquid blended with abalone liver to create a sauce, garnished with Ise green onions as an accent in a pasta dish.
This is a rich Bolognese pasta made with the luxurious coarsely ground rump meat of Ise beef, which is also the root of Matsusaka beef, slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables and red wine.
This pasta is made using plenty of Ise Ebi heads, slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables to extract the broth, and finished with a touch of cream to create the sauce. No seasonings are used, allowing you to enjoy the umami of the Ise Ebi alone. Please note that Ise Ebi fishing is prohibited from May to September, so it may not be available during that time.

It features refreshing acidity of red fruits that is pleasant and can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings before, during, and after meals.
