This is the best place to eat delicious thick tonkotsu ramen @ Minami Asagaya Thick Tonkotsu Ramen. One bite and I was scared 🤩. The ramen and about half of the day's vegetables and chashu pork are served separately. This is a great answer. The soup is more like the thicker soup at Tenka Ippin, but it is much better to enjoy it without any garnish. ❗️ The noodles are medium-thick and have a wheat flavor when you bite into them, making them very satisfying 😋. The hospitality of the staff is also nice. I want to come back again and again! 😝
