We have prepared two types of shabu-shabu: Okinawa's famous brand of island pork and mozuku seaweed! Each menu item is made with the finest ingredients. Please enjoy it with our special Shikwasa ponzu vinegar! (Common course contents: pork tripe, pork shoulder, mozuku seaweed, and Okinawan soba noodles for the end)

A whole domestic brand chicken is used in this luxurious dish! The chicken meat of takkangmari, which is prepared for a long time, is so delicate and tender that it falls apart in your mouth. The chicken meat is so delicate and tender that even the cartilage can be eaten. The scallions and chives that soak up the flavor of the chicken are perfect for the cold season.
