This luxurious sake is crafted with great care and effort, polishing the rice over 50% and using the Ginjo brewing method.
Made from white rice with a polishing ratio of 70% or less, rice koji, brewing alcohol, and water, those with good aroma and color are called 'Honjozo'. Among 'Honjozo sake', those with a polishing ratio of 60% or less and other production innovations are particularly referred to as 'Tokubetsu Honjozo sake'.
