Starting with appetizers such as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), the menu features a sumptuous assortment of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and sea, including kabosu fugu tessa, Seki horse mackerel, princess abalone, assorted sashimi of fresh fish from Bungo, yose-nabe of puffer fish and red snow crab, seared hot tataki and sushi of Oita wagyu beef, and more.

The high-quality hamo brand 'Bungo Himehamo' is caught in the Suo Sea and Iyo Sea off the coast of Kunisaki Peninsula in Oita Prefecture. It is characterized by its rich fat, elegant sweetness, and umami.
