The third course of the 2025 year-end party plan, featuring the famous Yamaguchi Wagyu beef "Kirameki" steak on an iron plate, a gorgeous boatload of fresh fish shipped directly from the Karato Market, and crab rice cooked in a camping item called a mestin. The owner's specialties are packed into this luxurious course, including crab rice cooked in a camp item called a mestin. Includes a 120-minute all-you-can-drink premium all-you-can-drink menu that includes domestic whiskey highballs, various types of local sake, and our specialty smoked sake.
Only the highest quality Wagyu beef from Yamaguchi Prefecture can be called the Kirameki brand. We use thigh meat that allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, served hot on a teppan. Enjoy it with the accompanying wasabi mashed potatoes and your favorite outdoor spices.
