A basic Italian course!
A special lunchtime lunch course, 7 dishes in total. *Because it is a full course, we recommend that you enter the restaurant between 11:30 and 13:00 and have plenty of time to spare. *Reservations can only be made by phone at least 2 days in advance.
Served as a warm appetizer (Antipasto Cald). Layered with homemade flat pasta (lasagna), plenty of cheese, and sauce, then baked. Topped with our famous Bolognese (meat sauce) and baked in the oven. Served in a hot skillet.
A selection of charcuterie and prosciutto made in-house, with 5 items chosen by the chef of the day.
Fettuccine is a slightly wider flat noodle with a width of about 7.5mm. This dish features a rich sauce made with mushrooms and cream that pairs perfectly with the pasta.
Plenty of shrimp! Shrimp! Shrimp! A cream sauce infused with the umami flavor of shrimp. A popular dish.
Zabuton is a rare cut of shoulder loin that can only be taken from a few kilograms of beef. Among the various rare cuts, it is famous for its lean and flavorful meat. It is cooked at low temperature to make it tender, and served as taliata (thinly sliced) with berry sauce.
The origin of tiramisu comes from the Italian phrase meaning 'pick me up'. It is a light and creamy dessert that satisfies both the stomach and the soul with its melting sweetness.
