A dish unique to fugu specialty restaurants! This is the part of the fugu that is used for sashimi, blanched and sliced. Please enjoy it with your choice of sauce: Kishu plum paste, sesame sauce, or ponzu!
Our most popular single dish featuring pufferfish. It is seasoned only with salt and then quickly deep-fried in slightly hot oil. Fried somen noodles are placed underneath, resulting in a beautifully presented dish.

The skin of fugu and needle ginger are quickly simmered in broth and seasoned, allowing the gelatin from the fugu skin to naturally solidify. It is additive-free, extracting natural gelatin, resulting in a different texture. Of course, the taste is delicious too♪
The skin is blended with the very popular 'ankimo' (fish liver paste). Enjoy its deliciousness with condiments and ponzu sauce. This is a hidden menu item typical of Miuraya. Wow! Luxurious!!

Unlike boiled fish, this dish has a "kokkori" (lumpy) and very firm texture. If you eat it with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from soy sauce and vinegar), you can absorb collagen at the same time. It is a healthy dish.

Last year, we prepared mullet roe from Awaji, Hyogo, and turned it into karasumi. We also have many snacks that pair perfectly with local sake and shochu.
The fresh fish is carefully selected and sourced directly from various regions (such as Boso Chikura, Kochi Tosa Shimizu, and Shimane Masuda). Typically, we serve a two-piece platter starting at 2700 yen, but it is also possible to increase the quantity or customize the sashimi to your preferred price. Please feel free to let us know.
