A younger sister of the famous Junmai Ryosakari from Takagi Brewery, known for its Yuzawa City glass Junmai Daiginjo. This sake features a refined aroma that spreads elegantly and a flavor that maximizes the characteristics of the rice.
Special Junmai Ryosakari, produced in Yuzawa City. Due to the limited production, it was intentionally not sold in the local Akita area and was instead sold as a limited edition mainly in Tokyo and Nagoya. It is a very balanced and beautiful sake that allows you to feel the delicate umami of the rice, with a rich and rounded acidity.
