Chef Mitsuhina, who specializes in flame broiling, proudly presents this course, which is composed of highly satisfying fish and meat dishes, purposely omitting pasta. For the main course of the BIANCO course, we offer "polpetti," Italian-style meatballs that melt in your mouth, and savory and juicy Kurobuta pork salsiccia in tomato sauce, a dish that lets you fully enjoy the flavor of the meat.
