Our special soup is made by simmering domestically sourced chicken bones and carefully selected vegetables for 6 hours to extract only the umami and collagen from the chicken in a pure domestically produced white broth soup.

A soup made with carefully crafted broth using bonito flakes from Yakushima, domestically sourced Sohta bonito, Hokkaido-produced Hidaka kelp, and selected dried sardines. It is completed by simmering domestically sourced chicken bones, pork bones, momiji (maple leaves), and vegetables to create a chicken-pork-seafood soup.

Noodles made from carefully selected wheat flour from all over the country, and a specially crafted mixed noodle sauce. Enjoy various flavors and a wide range of table condiments to create your own favorite taste.
