This is a special course in which you can enjoy "Kuroge Wagyu Hitsujimabushi," a registered trademark approved by the Japan Patent Office. The special top grade of Hida beef and other Japanese black beef is used. This specialty dish is made with a special attention to meat, rice, and sauce, including Miyabi rice made from Hatsushimo produced by contract farmers and tamari-dorari developed jointly with Yamakawa Brewery, a long-established soy sauce brewer. In addition, you can enjoy a course of seasonal vegetables and fish that we purchase from the market every day.
The highest quality all-you-can-drink course. The course includes fresh fish sashimi, Wagyu shabu shabu, roast beef, and Hitsumabushi with black beef to finish the meal. This course is also available for special occasions such as business entertainment and anniversaries.
Seafood Carpaccio using fresh fish of the day, sweet and healthy Gifu brand pork "Gifu Hida Pork" shabu-shabu. A variety of Japanese and Western creative dishes such as seasonal fried dishes.
