From the 'Sapporo Fujino Winery' in Sapporo City, Hokkaido, since spring 2000, they have been experimenting with grape varieties and cultivation methods suitable for the land and climate of Hokkaido. Over approximately 10 years, they have expanded their vineyards and cultivated a variety of grapes. Additionally, the grapes used for the wine are sourced only from carefully grown grapes from contracted farmers in Hokkaido. They minimize the use of careful selection of fruit and sulfur dioxide (preservative), and produce wine that is unfiltered and brewed with natural yeast, creating a wine that is more in harmony with nature.

Using Niagara grapes grown in a contracted farm in Yoichi Town, this sparkling wine captures the natural carbon dioxide produced during fermentation with the power of natural yeast. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of orchid flowers, with refreshing citrus acidity and a hint of bitterness that spreads with the bubbles, offering a gentle dry mouthfeel.

Koharu is a dry rosé wine that was slowly fermented using natural yeast from multiple grape varieties harvested in contracted farms in Hokkaido in 2018. It has aromas reminiscent of strawberry candy and mint, with fruitiness similar to raspberry, a soft mouthfeel, and a charming acidity that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

Using the Kerner variety carefully cultivated at Nakai Farm in Yoichi Town, District of Tobo in 2017, this dry white wine was brewed with the power of natural yeast after selecting each bunch. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of lime, a soft mouthfeel, fruitiness, and a slight bitterness, with a refreshing acidity typical of northern regions that lingers on the palate. bottle

A red wine blend made from 100% Hokkaido grapes, using Le Nord 2017 Seibel 13053, Zweigelt, Yamabudou, Merlot, and Pinot Noir varieties. It has aromas reminiscent of hazelnuts, violets, damp forests, and coastal areas, with a vegetal freshness. Miki Rouge 2017, carefully cultivated Pinot Noir and Zweigelt grapes from the area of Miki no Hotori in Yoichi, Hokkaido, grown with reduced pesticides. Each bunch is hand-selected and fermented with natural yeast. It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of herbs, damp forest trees, soil, and mushrooms, with a soft mouthfeel, fruity notes of raspberries, and a gentle acidity that brings a pleasant aftertaste.
