Climbing the rather steep stairs, you will find a space with glasses and plates for the number of people, and two shichirin (charcoal grills) set up. A refrigerator with beer, wine, and soft drinks, a cooler with ice, a rice cooker, and more...is this what they call a self-serve yakiniku?
When the waiter announced the start of the course, liver and hatsu appeared first. Next came plates of tongue, sagari, pork tenderloin, and mino, and finally shoulder loin, halami, and sirloin. (The waiter comes only three times to carry the meat?)
