The taste is slightly rich, sweet, and smooth. It has a strong sweetness, and the first impression is like a sweet sake, but the aftertaste is clean, and the sweetness does not linger.
The aroma rising from the glass is like elegant sweet fruit. The lingering scent that spreads when tasted is light like cotton candy, transforming into aromas of banana and pear. A subtle sweetness is felt on the tongue, with a long-lasting finish.
A fragrant top note, rich flavor, dense lingering aroma, and a moderate acidity that tightens the overall experience come together in harmony, sliding down the throat and leaving a refreshing finish.
The aroma rising from the glass is rich, with a sweet scent reminiscent of flowers rather than fruit. The mouthfeel is very gentle, gliding effortlessly over the tongue and flowing down the throat as if it were soaking in. It leaves a light, expansive fragrance in the end. The use of a centrifuge has resulted in a difference in the 'texture of the aroma' in this sake.
The alcohol content is high at 35 degrees, but it has been finished as a shochu with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. Drinking it on the rocks creates a fragrance and richness similar to brandy.
The fruity and gorgeous flavor of 'Dassai 50', polished to 50% using the finest sake rice 'Yamada Nishiki', and the sweetness of the rice that can only be understood through nigori sake. The refreshing effervescence created by secondary fermentation in the bottle. An increased sharpness and fresh crispness. Finally, please enjoy the vivid taste cut shown by the delicate yet robust Junmai Daiginjo.

Like special junmai sake, this is the main sake of Nanbu Bijin. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma, with a subtle spread of the sweetness and umami of rice, yet it is crisp, gentle, beautiful, and elegant junmai ginjo. It pairs exceptionally well with refined Japanese cuisine.
Fruity ginjo aroma, smooth sweetness spreads in the mouth, and the clean aftertaste with little acidity is the deliciousness characteristic of Kudoki Jozo.
This fruity sake, which allows you to enjoy the qualities of ginjo sake, has a smooth flavor that is not overpowering, making it very easy to drink for sake lovers and others alike.
A soft mouthfeel and a delicate flavor. It is a representative sake of Hakkaisan, enjoyable both chilled and warmed. The subtle aroma of koji when warmed is also one of the pleasures of this sake.

When you sip it, you can feel the gentle texture characteristic of Kagetora from the brewing water, which emphasizes the flavor without being overly sharp. As you drink, the spiciness gradually emerges, culminating in a clean and refreshing aftertaste.
