Here is the basic (standard) course at Kuroya Villa From the beef appetizer, dry-aged matured meat is served.
This is a truly royal course that allows you to enjoy all that the Kuroya Villa has to offer.
We have put all the best ingredients and techniques that the Kuroya Villa has to offer into this dish.
The shabu-shabu course begins with Hida beef nigiri, followed by a sumptuous meal of Hida beef A5 grade loin, lean thigh, and Kurobuta pork loin. We use the Kuro family's homemade ponsu, which has remained unchanged since the establishment of the restaurant.
We serve Kanto style sukiyaki, which has not changed since the establishment of the restaurant. We use the Kuro family's homemade Warishita. We serve sumptuous Hida beef A5 grade loin and lean meat, and Kurobuta pork.
