This is a pickled dish made from Hiroshima greens, which are representative leafy vegetables of Hiroshima, and green shiso.

This is dried fish made from dabera flatfish, a specialty of the Setouchi region. When grilled, it releases a fragrant aroma.

We offer a selection of Hiroshima specialties, including dried sardine crackers, seaweed tempura, and oyster soy sauce seaweed.

This is a tea rice dish with kombu dashi made from rice produced in Hiroshima. Please enjoy it with pickled Hiroshima vegetables, simmered oysters and seaweed, and shirasu.
