This is a soy sauce-based motsunabe. A hearty original motsunabe from Manshu using shima-chou and seseri. Although we are a ramen shop, we are confident that we can compete with motsunabe restaurants. Please order for two servings or more. (Takeout is available for both lunch and dinner) *For takeout, please note that during busy times, it may take some time to prepare, so we recommend making a reservation! This is a local ramen from Shimanoto Town that falls into a new genre that doesn't fit any existing categories! It's a Janmen that will become a memory of Kochi not only for locals but also for visitors from outside the prefecture. With a carefully crafted homemade soup featuring offal, garlic, chives, eggs, and doubanjiang, it brings together a strong lineup of ingredients, while the hot and creamy soup enhances the umami of each component, clinging to the straight noodles until the very end! You can enjoy a different flavor with the yuzu pepper on the table. It pairs exceptionally well with rice (Niidata rice), so it's recommended to intentionally leave some rice after eating the noodles, then add it to the soup to savor it once more. Be sure to try the taste of Kubokawa in Shimanoto Town, Kochi at least once!!

Carefully crafted light broth

Shimanto Niiida rice and eggs from Shimanto Sasaki Poultry Farm (Columbus's tea eggs) are fused with a special soy sauce. Once you mix it and put it in your mouth, you'll instantly think 'delicious.' It's true! (It's better to use more soy sauce than you might think.)

This is a popular menu item at Manshuken. We take domestic pork trotters and slice them carefully for easy eating. When paired with our special salt, it goes perfectly with beer. In fact, these pork trotters are also popular among children. Please note that there is a limited supply.

This is Janmen made with domestic beef short ribs, and it does not contain any offal. Even those who are not fond of offal can enjoy it. It is delicious, but as expected, domestic beef is quite expensive (tears).

The cost is high, so the cost performance is... (tears). However, the flavor, volume, and punch of the curry are outstanding. It may be a struggle to eat, but I believe you will be satisfied.
