Juyondai is a top brand of sake produced by Takagi Shuzo in Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture, boasting overwhelming popularity. Established by the 15th generation Takagi Akito, it features a rich and flavorful profile known as 'Hojun Umakuchi,' characterized by fruity aromas, sweetness, and a refreshing taste. It is a highly renowned sake both domestically and internationally, often referred to as a phantom sake!
Eiko is a highly sought-after and popular Japanese sake brand brewed by Kiya Masashu in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. Based on the Zen teaching of 'living fully in the present without being bound by the past or future,' it is characterized by a fresh, rich flavor with exceptional sharpness! Using Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Sakemirai, it has received high praise, primarily for its Junmai Ginjo and Tokubetsu Junmai.
Hiroki is a very popular and hard-to-obtain 'phantom sake' brewed by Hiroki Sake Brewery in Aizubakuhatsu Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Since its debut in 1999, it has been known as a pioneer of unfiltered, raw sake, characterized by a fruity aroma, the umami of rice, and a fresh crispness that defines its 'orthodox' sake quality!
Aramasa is a sake brand from Aramasa Brewery in Akita City, dedicated to traditional 'Kimoto' brewing and using 'Yeast No. 6' exclusively for its 'Junmai' sake. It is characterized by a fruity tartness and low-alcohol raw sake, with representative works such as No. 6 and Colors, known as hard-to-obtain premium sakes!

Bunzo Umeshu is a premium plum wine made by steeping in 35-degree Kumamoto shochu for about one year to mature. It is crafted with handmade koji in a koji room, brewed in a ceramic pot, and distilled under normal pressure, using the carefully selected Kumamoto shochu. Both the production and the taste are authentic. The rich flavor, with a strong essence of plum, can be enjoyed on the rocks or with water.
This is a new sensation of Oita barley shochu, carefully crafted by Yoka Sake Brewery in Oita Prefecture. It maximally brings out the refreshing characteristics of barley and pursues a richness that can accommodate any drinking style. It can be enjoyed easily by those who do not usually drink shochu, including women.
