This is a refreshing and easy-to-drink Shaoxing wine aged for 5 years (glass 600 yen, decanter 1500 yen, large decanter 2500 yen). It smoothly goes down the throat, leaving a pleasant acidity on the tongue! It pairs well with dim sum, so please try it with soup dumplings first.
