A broth made by simmering kombu and 7 other ingredients overnight
A double soup blended with carefully simmered pork bone, whole chicken, and seven types of vegetables, with excess fat meticulously removed and combined with Japanese dashi broth.
A triple soup blend of soup made from genkotsu and chicken bones, dashi, and tonkotsu clear broth. For tsukemen, it is a double soup of tonkotsu white broth and dashi.
