A rare sake from Shinkame Brewery in Saitama Prefecture, this is a vintage junmai ginjo brewed in 1994. It has a deep aged flavor and a glossy smoothness that is impressive. Despite being an aged sake, it does not become overly sweet, maintaining the firm character unique to Gohyakumangoku rice. When warmed to over 40 degrees, it reveals a refreshing acidity and offers a different taste experience.
Alcohol content: 15 degrees or more but less than 16 degrees, a crisp and refreshing dry junmai with a sharp finish.
