Craft beer, produced by hand, showcases the individuality of the brewers and provides enjoyment and a new perspective. This time, we have prepared two breweries that are currently gaining momentum in Japan: WEST COAST BREWING from Shizuoka and BLACK TIDE from Kesennuma. We also have beers that are easy to drink, almost like cider, for those who are not fond of beer. You can take them home, so feel free to ask the staff.

The beer, recognized by the world as the legendary hop, is not just refreshing. It is not just about the smoothness. It is not just about the richness. The aroma of the legendary hop, Sorachi Ace, teaches us about the diversity of such beer, with a unique scent reminiscent of crisp cypress and lemongrass, and a lingering flavor that spreads richly.

You can enjoy the 'aroma' and 'strong bitterness' of hops. The aroma characteristics vary by brand, from IPA with a fresh leaf-like aroma to IPA with a fruity aroma.

Hops are the main ingredient, and the malt is light. It is clear with a strong bitterness but not astringent. The alcohol sensation is noticeable.
