The "Relaxed Course" with a 150-minute drinking time includes a variety of luxurious dishes! This refers to skewered pork offal, and our establishment 'Tayutayu' has been the oldest in Osaka. We source our pork offal through a unique route that we have developed by visiting the production site. Therefore, we can provide rare cuts and high-quality fresh products that are exclusive to Tayutayu, but please note that some cuts may be out of stock or unavailable. We appreciate your understanding in advance. The seasoning is tailored to each cut with three types of sauces and rock salt, and generally, we leave it to our skilled grillers at Tayutayu to grill the 'Osaka-style grilled pork offal' to perfection using the finest binchotan charcoal, resulting in a fluffy and juicy dish.
Limited quantity! We have slowly simmered several types of pork offal, primarily using white offal, for 5 hours! The richly flavored motsu nikomi is perfect as a snack with sake or as a side dish with rice. Please enjoy our specialty motsu nikomi!
Pork sashimi that can only be served if it is fresh. Please enjoy it with seasoning that matches the texture and flavor of pork offal. Our pork sashimi is prepared using a unique cooking method so that you can enjoy it like sashimi.
If you remove it from the skewer, the delicious meat juices will escape. We would be happy if you could enjoy one skewer by yourself. We also recommend that one person eat one skewer. Even though it's just one skewer, it's the same as one piece of sushi. We have carefully considered the saltiness and fat content to ensure that it tastes great when you eat one. For example, the meat at the top is larger and has a strong salt flavor, providing a strong impact for the first bite. We have balanced the amount and shape of the fat to enhance the flavor, ensuring that it is delicious when you eat one skewer.
You can enjoy a balanced selection of 5 types including prime meat, internal organs, red offal, and white offal. Depending on the supply situation, the grill master will select the recommended 5 types for that day.

The flavor varies depending on the distillation method, ingredients, climate, and the hands of the people. We are studying at breweries in Kyushu to help customers find their preferred shochu. ● Atmospheric Distillation … Strong flavor and rich taste of the ingredients. ● Reduced Pressure Distillation … A method that has been commonly used for making barley shochu since ancient times, resulting in a refreshing and easy-to-drink flavor. ● Ingredients … Brown sugar, sweet potatoes, barley, rice, etc. ● Koji Types … Yellow koji, white koji, black koji. Generally, white is crisp and sharp, black has a robust and full-bodied flavor, and yellow, used in sake, has a soft taste.
