Stir-fried potatoes and ground meat with hot sauce, finished with a touch of mescal for aroma. These are smoky and deliciously spicy tacos!
By using tofu from Okinawa instead of ground meat, it's healthy! The usual tortilla contains bonito broth, but you can also change it to a 'Vegan Tortilla' made with corn tea!
