Our beef is exclusively domestic black-haired wagyu, and we only provide high-quality meat. By using Tomiya's secret seasoning, we enhance the umami of the meat, creating a unique yakiniku experience that cannot be found elsewhere. If you would like to savor the natural flavor of the meat, we also accept requests for no seasoning, and without green onions or garlic, so please feel free to let us know.
We will serve you three carefully selected types from our rare cuts.
A part of the short rib (inside skirt), located near the tenderloin, it is very tender and allows you to enjoy the natural sweetness of the beef.

Half
Known as the most tender part of the meat, it is the highest quality beef that can only be obtained in small quantities (3%) from one cow. Top-grade A5 rank.

A classic dish. It is meat with a balanced ratio of fat and lean.
