A variation of Pepe Tama originating from Fukuoka, arranged in the Salmon Bene style. It is perfectly seasoned with a soft-boiled egg containing ikura and soy sauce, making it ideal for finishing.
We will start cooking after receiving your order, so it will take about 50 minutes. Depending on the time of day, we may have to decline your order. Please place your order as early as possible. The last order is at 22:00.
