We use A4 rank or higher of 'Mita Wagyu'. The cuts include flank, chuck, sirloin, and upper rib, focusing on high-quality ingredients sourced for the day. The meat is slowly grilled over charcoal, concentrating the flavor and juices. It is best enjoyed with salt or wasabi soy sauce, in the style of Mizuki.

We only use high-quality 'Awaodori' free-range chicken from Tokushima Prefecture. To allow you to savor the flavor of the ingredients, we serve it in simple 'salt-grilled' style or wrapped in the aroma of magnolia leaves, paired perfectly with miso in 'magnolia leaf miso grilled' style.
We use carefully selected high-quality duck meat.
Duck can be enjoyed at the table with stone grilling. Please enjoy it freshly cooked and hot at your own pace.
The rice is 'Koshihikari' from Mie Prefecture, the broth is made with 'Katsuobushi' sourced from Kyoto, and high-quality 'Rishiri Kombu'. We prepare these ingredients with utmost care and attention. Our specialty dish, 'Kamameshi', is cooked fluffy with a rich aromatic broth and high-quality ingredients. The standard menu includes 'Tai-meshi' and 'Jidori and Gobou'. We also offer seasonal 'Kamameshi' featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, with more than 7 varieties available at all times. Please enjoy it with 'Akadashi' as a finishing touch to your meal.
