French cuisine, with special Genovese sauce on Ufumayo mayonnaise. This melting flavor can only be experienced here.
The broth made with a herb called Karaminity envelops the eggplant in a pleasant herbal aroma, allowing you to experience an explosive umami flavor. Once you finish the eggplant, you can even drink the remaining broth completely. It is a dish that wraps you in a sense of exhilaration.
