This sake is made from the unique sake rice of Tottori Prefecture, 'Gōriki', polished down to 40%, offering a fragrant aroma reminiscent of fruits and a refined richness. It won the highest award, the Gold Medal, at the French competition 'Féminalises Concours 2022'.

It belongs to the classification of 'Kensaki Squid', but it is slightly different from the usual Kensaki Squid, characterized by a slightly round body, large fins, and thick, long arms. Founded 200 years ago, 'Kameya Pottery' is a traditional Ishikawa tile kiln in Shimane Prefecture. Using domestic clay for earthenware pots, we are particular about using only the traditional Kamimachi stone glaze and firing at a temperature of 1350 degrees, carefully finished by hand.
