Silken tofu, long green onions, and Wagyu are carefully simmered over low heat and served.
Using Make Queen potatoes, coarsely ground black pepper, anchovies, honey, whole grain mustard, fresh cream, dashi soy sauce, mayonnaise, cucumbers, diced bacon, and chicken cartilage chicken soboro, it is plated after the order is received. You can enjoy it by breaking the potatoes to your liking.
This is a Hakata-style garlic chives omelette made in a frying pan. It is served with a special ponzu sauce, and the homemade spicy condiment on the table pairs very well with it.
The eggplant is cut, coated with potato starch, and rested in the refrigerator before being fried, ensuring it absorbs minimal oil and is served crispy.
We coat silky tofu with a special flour and finish it with a fluffy and sweet flavor, so it is recommended to use our homemade spicy sauce for a sweet and spicy taste.
