To celebrate the release of the movie 'Gourmet of Solitude', I asked the original author, Masayuki Kusumi, to let us support the store, and to my surprise, he came up with a snack that pairs well with sake! We will be selling a limited edition snack that has been arranged in the style of the Meishu Center!! Enjoy the thick fried tofu topped with myoga and egg yolk, served with sake lees sauce for 680 yen while drinking. The movie is also really good, so please check it out in theaters! Mr. Kusumi has been featured in the 'Delicious Sake Magazine Monthly Bimi' published by the Meishu Center, where he writes a series called 'Kusumi Masayuki's Casual Travel Sake', and has also appeared in Sake Collection.
