The five kinds of obanzai, a sumptuous assortment that includes sashimi, allows you to carefully enjoy the flavors of the season. On the teppan, melt-in-your-mouth "Okazaki Ouhan Premium Running Eggs" and our signature Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) with the delicious flavor of dashi broth are served. The savory aroma of the teppanyaki is further enhanced by the pork belly and moya cabbage stir-fried with salt. The main dish is a Wagyu beef steak grilled to a savory perfection. Please fully enjoy the strength and flavor of the ingredients along with grilled vegetables. Finish off the meal with a bowl of rice cooked on a teppan grill that is packed with flavor. The "Sai-en" course is a gorgeous and satisfying meal suitable for a welcome and farewell party, company banquet, or important gathering.

The Teppanyaki course is an elegant way to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Beginning with a colorful seasonal appetizer, you will be served an elaborate plate of dishes such as a black Wagyu beef dish, teppanyaki grilled live abalone, and clam soup. For the main course, an A4 sirloin steak of Japanese black beef is served. The meal is centered around the earthenware pot cooked Ginshari, which can be changed to suit your preference.
