Skate is also eaten in Italy! Meunière refers to a method of preparation. After simmering a large skate in vegetable soup, it is cooled down and then prepared as meunière. This process adds depth to the flavor.

A easy-to-eat pâté made with organic walnuts. It is prepared with a blend of spices over the course of three days. Serve it with salad or bread for a light lunch.
Pappardelle and linguine are paired with ragù sauce and more. Authentic hand-crafted pasta is made using organic wheat from Italy.
We make it according to the season. The cute striped ravioli, colored with tomatoes and peppers, is filled with ricotta cheese and basil, among other ingredients. Due to the labor-intensive process, it is available in limited quantities.

This is a thick tubular pasta born in the Campania region of Southern Italy. It takes about 30 minutes to boil! The pasta is, of course, organic! A hearty organic salad is included during lunchtime.

Lemonade made with plenty of organic lemons, featuring rhubarb confiture.
Made with organic chocolate, additive-free cream, milk from cows not fed genetically modified feed, and organic sugar.
■ Characterized by a clean taste without any off-flavors, deep bitterness, and a sweetness that lingers for a long time. Located in the mountainous region of Maubesse, Ainaro District, East Timor, at an altitude of 1200 to 1500 meters, this area experiences significant temperature drops in the morning and evening compared to the strong sunlight during the day. The annual rainfall is also relatively high, providing favorable conditions for growing delicious coffee.
■ A sweet and fruity aroma with a deep and robust flavor. This high-quality organic coffee is cultivated by the Tairona indigenous people in the Santa Marta region, located at an altitude of about 1200m in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is produced from coffee grown in optimal temperatures, clear running water, and unpolluted soil.
This coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans with a refined acidity unique to Guatemala. It is grown in high-altitude areas suitable for coffee cultivation, at elevations above 1300 meters.
■ Characterized by a mild richness and sweetness, Brazil is an organic coffee grown at the Jacaranda farm in the southern part of Minas Gerais. It is cultivated with great care, including efforts such as mowing and applying fertilizers, taking time and effort to nurture it from the soil.
A mild taste that retains the original flavor and aroma of coffee. Our decaf is made using a safe method that removes caffeine with water, without the use of chemicals, resulting in a very delicious decaf.

■ Aged with a wonderful aroma and the unique scent of Darjeeling, grown at the Makaibari estate for nearly 40 years without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, in harmony with nature. Vintage Muscatel is created when a type of green fly, which is a leafhopper, bites the tea leaves, and that part naturally ferments, resulting in exquisite tea leaves.

The tea fields of the Hatikuli estate, located in the central part of Assam, India, cover 467 hectares and focus on creating an environment where microorganisms, plants grown from the soil, and animals that eat the plants can all relate to each other.
