These skewers feature lightly seared fresh liver! The 'choi-yaki' method enhances the sweetness without any overpowering flavors. Served with crushed garlic on the side!
Boiled guts sliced and topped with white leeks. Seasoned with sesame oil, raw soy sauce, and black pepper, which is a simple seasoning from the time of establishment. Enjoy the texture as well!
