A sake brewery that was born in Hakodate City after half a century, aiming for 'Hakikuku Sake'. Using local pure brewing water and sake rice produced in Kameo-cho, Hakodate City, as well as three types of Hokkaido sake brewing suitable rice: 'Suisei', 'Ginfuu', and 'Kita Shizuku', created by trusted producers we know. We will brew local sake that is loved and rooted in this area, paying respect to the producers who trust us and everyone who contributed to the establishment of the brewery. *'Hakikuku' means 'you end up drinking it' in the Hakodate dialect.
