Fu confectionery specialty store A souvenir shop that you must buy when you come to Kanazawa I didn't know there was one here in Higashi-chayamachi. I bought some souvenirs here while I was in the teahouse district. The fu snacks are so light and crispy that they melt in your mouth in an instant! The slightly sweet taste is so good that you can't help but overeat! When you pour hot water into the soup, various ingredients float out from the inside, which is a handsome and cute sight! It is a souvenir that will surely please you!
