A bright, lively sparkling with lifted aromatics of nashi pear and acacia and a generous palate of golden delicious apples and roasted nuts.
Elegant, classic chardonnay characters on the nose, delicate white blossom and stone fruit, green apple, and fresh brioche. The palate displays fine minerality, lemon curd, ripe white stone fruits and toasted almond.
Aromatics of nashi pear and white blossom leaping out of the glass. The palate provides a sweetness of lychee and pear flowing into a creamy mid palate and a citrus acid finish.
Complex on the nose, with notes of white peach and green melon. Wonderfully complex palate, with rich stone fruits, lifted minerality and bright, biscuity oak that leads to a long finish.
Aromas of citrus blossom, grilled macadamia nuts and subtle oak combine with the fleeting scent of fresh rain on a hot summer’s day. The palate, although driven by zesty acidity is rich with flavours of lemon curd and lanolin. The wine finishes with fine minerality, the balance sublime.
The second vintage of our Tribute Chardonnay – named in honour of Evie Armstrong, Dame Nellie Melba’s daughter in-law. Identifiable by its distinct grapefruit, stone-fruit flavour intensity, enduring acidity, and oak finesse. ‘Evelyn’ represents a selection of our very finest handpicked barrels from a single clone block.
Delectably dry Rosé from Pinot Noir fruit, lashings of wild raspberry, candied strawberry and rose petals, with a spicy, textural finish.
Aromatics of dark purple fruits layered with smokey wooded spices on the nose. A palate of red currants and wild raspberries which are enhanced by the firm tannin structure, completed with a bright acidity. A lovely balanced and medium weighted wine with a rounded mid palate.
Seductive aromatics of fresh cranberries, sour cherry and red plum are complemented by subtle notes of fresh toffee and timber spice. Sitting within a complex and velvet tannin palate, the fruit is poised and composed.
A medium to full bodied Cabernet which offers a melange of dark cherry, sour raspberry and roasted red capsicum. Velvety tannins and a warming cedary oak greet the palate, with briary herbaceous intrigue opening into rich, juicy blackberry and cassis.
Elegant and powerful with ripe cherries and red currants merging with spicy smoked paprika and cinnamon. Generosity of sweet fruit with elements of crème brulée and toast from oak, support the medium bodied palate in its intensity and persistence.
Planted in one of the coolest parts of the vineyard. 2013 was a warm vintage, producing deliciously rich, ripe and full flavoured red wines.
