A moist vanilla cake layered with citrus cream made from orange, lime, and lemon, along with whipped cream containing cream cheese. The surface is wrapped in lemon buttercream and finished with fresh cream, apricots, red currants, and a crushed jelly flavored with Cointreau, making it a visually refreshing dish.
We added concentrated coffee syrup and instant coffee, finishing with a touch of brandy for aroma. Please enjoy it with a generous amount of whipped cream on top.
The jelly made with peppermint liqueur contains compote of Valencia orange and domestically produced white peach. It is finished with refreshing two-colored crushed jelly, along with pear, pineapple, apricot, and cranberry.
