The rare fragrant citrus 'Naoshichi' grown in Sukumo City, Kochi Prefecture. The acidity is mild and the flesh is abundant. Its not too strong flavor enhances the deliciousness of dishes. We have incorporated this phantom citrus 'Naoshichi' generously into our beverage menu.
Origin: Kochi Prefecture. Features: Uses the rare variety 'Suiou' and the ultra-soft water 'Ihozan no Mizu' from Shimanto. This authentic sweet potato shochu is characterized by its refreshing sweetness and rich flavor.
