Limited procurement of rare Noto Wagyu A5 grade beef with a small number of cattle. A platter featuring three cuts of sirloin, short rib, and lean meat for comparison. Quickly seared over charcoal before being served on a stone griddle. Please enjoy cooking to your preferred doneness with the residual heat.
Depending on the day's procurement, a luxurious assortment of fresh seafood and vegetables that evoke the season in tempura form. Approximately 7-8 of the finest seasonal ingredients are gathered, all at a price that is typical of the [Orizuru] style. Served with a perfect balance of crispy exterior and fluffy interior from frying.
Kanazawa's specialty Oden is also popular. With over 12 types of ingredients and seasonal Kaga vegetables, you can enjoy them casually starting from 170 yen each. We also offer value sets. The seasoning is slightly strong, making it a perfect accompaniment to alcohol!
