In addition to our specialty, fresh sashimi directly shipped from the production area, we also offer fried chicken and potatoes from our "Bakasakari" series, which are sure to be a hit at banquets! You can also enjoy the chef's recommended charcoal grilled skewers of the day! We serve brand name jidori chicken, characterized by its overflowing juices and plump texture, boldly deep fried. The flavor of the overflowing chicken and the homemade spicy sauce marinated for three days will surely make you addicted to this unique fried chicken. This is a perfect course for a banquet, and you can also enjoy two kinds of gorgeous seafood, which we purchase every morning from our contracted fishing port.
This course includes the popular Hakata specialty, sesame mackerel made from fresh mackerel, and Hakata chicken skin skewers with homemade sauce that you cannot stop eating. This is a luxurious banquet course that allows you to enjoy all of our chef's specialties, such as the rare marbled horse-meat sashimi and Jidori chicken skewers grilled over Bincho charcoal.
