Summer sake Ocean Blue Special Junmai [Aomori Prefecture] Limited summer sake characterized by a refreshing crispness and sharp acidity, embodying the essence of summer.
Natsu Jun Gin Cicala [Fukuoka Prefecture] Summer limited sake. It is characterized by a crisp taste when chilled, and a gentle sweetness as it approaches room temperature.
Special Junmai [Saga Prefecture] A refreshing aroma with a hint of mineral notes, it offers a light and transparent umami and acidity that spreads in the mouth. Among the rich Nabeshima, this is a relatively light drink.
Junmai Ginjo Hattan Nishiki Heat-Pasteurized [Mie Prefecture] A bottle that spreads a sweet aroma reminiscent of fruits and a strong acidity in the mouth, which is hard to believe for a heat-pasteurized sake. Its fresh taste pairs well with tempura, making it a perfect food-friendly sake.
